Named after the iconic Elliott Bay, located just a stone's throw from our retail store in Seattle, this seasoning captures the essence of the water and is a fantastic addition to any dish.

Formerly known as Classic Crab spice, this versatile blend is beloved for enhancing a variety of dishes beyond crab boils. With bright notes of bay leaf and cardamom, warmed by celery seed and a hint of clove, Elliott Bay Seasoning is perfect for sprinkling on grilled corn, roasted nuts, or adding flavor to potato salad.

We received valuable feedback from y'all, prompting this tasty name change. Many expressed their love for the blend's incredible versatility year-round, not just during crab season. Thus, Elliott Bay Seasoning promises to become a staple in your culinary creations beyond expectation.
