Black seed oil and DHA omega-3, together in one daily serving. Every 2-softgel serving provides 700 mg of Nigella sativa black seed oil standardized to 5% thymoquinone (35 mg TQ) and 350 mg of DHA from algal oil.

The softgel format skips the spoonful of strong-tasting liquid oil, and the DHA comes from algae, not fish.

What's in Every Serving (2 Softgels)

• 700 mg black seed oil (Nigella sativa)
• 35 mg thymoquinone (TQ), from black seed oil standardized to 5%
• 700 mg algal oil (Schizochytrium sp.)
• 350 mg DHA omega-3, in triglyceride form

30 servings per bottle (60 softgels).

Black Seed Oil Standardized to 5% Thymoquinone

Black seed oil comes from the seeds of Nigella sativa, also known as black cumin, kalonji, or habbatus sauda. It has a long history of traditional use across the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa.

Thymoquinone (TQ) is a naturally occurring compound in black seed oil and the one most often used to standardize it. Our oil is standardized to 5% TQ, so each serving provides a measured 35 mg. Both numbers are printed on the Supplement Facts panel.

350 mg DHA From Algae, Not Fish

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid. Fish get their DHA from microalgae through the food chain. This formula goes straight to the source, using algal oil from Schizochytrium sp. The DHA is supplied in triglyceride form.

Two Oils, One Daily Serving

Instead of buying black seed oil and a DHA supplement separately, you get both in two softgels a day, taken with a meal.
